About Glowinthedark
Biography / Discography
Glowinthedark is a Dutch electronic music duo from The Hague, consisting of Albert Harvey and Kevin Ramos. Formed in 2009, the pair are known for their house and electro production work, blending contemporary electronic music production with the Dutch house movement sound. They have collaborated with major labels including Spinnin’ Records, Jack Back Records (David Guetta’s imprint), and Dirty Dutch Music.
The duo released their debut single “Electronic Life” in 2010. Notable releases and productions include “Say Whoo” (the official anthem for Dirty Dutch Aftershock in 2013), “Ain’t a Party” on Jack Back Records in 2013, and “Electro Dude” with DJ Chuckie in 2012. They have produced remixes for prominent DJs and collaborated with artists including Alvaro and Ben Saunders from The Voice of Holland.
As live performers, Glowinthedark have held resident DJ positions at Blue Marlin Ibiza and Pacha Ibiza since 2011, participating in Pacha’s World Tour across its international club network. They have performed at major European festivals including Mysteryland, Tomorrowland, and the Amsterdam Dance Event. The pair also host Lightstate, their international radio show distributed by SLAM!FM and several other European and international radio stations.
