The Maneken is a groundbreaking Ukrainian music project founded in 2007 by the visionary artist and producer, Eugene Filatov. The journey of The Maneken began with the release of their debut album, *First Look*, in 2008. Filatov composed and recorded every track on the album by himself, showcasing his exceptional talent by performing all the musical parts. This self-produced debut laid a solid foundation for the project and quickly established The Maneken as a fresh and exciting force in the Ukrainian music scene.
In the summer of 2009, The Maneken gained further acclaim with their *The Maneken Electronic Performance* at the renowned Kazantip Festival.
