About Leah Dou
Biography / Discography
Leah Dou (legal name Dou Jingtong) is a Chinese singer-songwriter and multimedia artist born January 3, 1997, based between Beijing and Los Angeles. She creates avant-garde pop and electronic music characterized by introspective songwriting, innovative production techniques, and experimental arrangement. Her artistic practice spans musical composition, film scoring, and visual performance art.
Dou’s professional recording career began in 2012 with early releases, followed by a commercial breakthrough in 2015 with the single River Run. She has released three studio albums: Stone Café (2016), Kids Only (2017), and Spring Outing (2023). Her acting career has earned critical recognition, including a Best Supporting Actress award at the 9th Beijing International Film Festival for her role in The Eleventh Chapter (2019). She trained at Berklee College of Music.
In 2024, Dou launched her debut international tour, Out of the Loop, establishing her presence in live performance globally. She is available to book for festivals, concerts, corporate events, and tour engagements.
