Biography / Discography
Maxx is a German Eurodance group whose name stands for Maximum Xstasy. Formed in 1993 by producer Juergen Wind and executive David Brunner, the collective featured lead vocalist Linda Meek, rapper Boris Köhler, and session vocalists. The group rapidly achieved major international commercial success during the mid-1990s with a series of dance tracks that dominated European clubs and radio stations.
The group released their debut album To the Maxximum in 1994, launching a string of successful singles that became staples of 1990s dance music. Notable tracks include “Get-A-Way” (1993), “No More (I Can’t Stand It)” (1994), “You Can Get It” (1994), and “I Can Make You Feel Like” (1995), all achieving significant chart positions across multiple territories and establishing Maxx as a prominent figure in the peak era of Eurodance.
